Young Adults
Working with students & young adults aged 18-24 years.
This transitional phase of life brings its own unique challenges and opportunities for growth. Often young adults can feel overwhelmed as they are facing so many changes often quite quickly. In many cases you are expected to behave like adults but also dependent on family for financial and other support.
An integrative approach is used when working with young adults drawing on evidence-based theories and techniques that have proven effectiveness. The approach adopted is interactive and relaxed, sometimes involving other creative interventions but taking place within a collaborative and confidential therapeutic space.
By engaging in psychotherapy you can build your confidence, learn new coping skills and enhance your own personal resilience to meet your challenges now and in the future.
